Can I enquire before the product architecture is fixed?
Yes. Describe the required function, output, interfaces, operating conditions, and fail state. Mark unknown material, motor, coil, transmission, or supplier choices as open for review.
Can I upload drawings through the form?
The launch form does not provide file upload. Submit a non-confidential summary first, then send drawings to [email protected] using the project reference.
What happens after I send the project brief?
We review the application, selected components and open interfaces to define the next step. The project discussion then establishes the configuration, prototype work, acceptance requirements, quotation and timing.
